Our beautiful, clean, cozy, well appointed condo is on the water & one of the best locations in Saugatuck We own three amazing properties in Sauggy Our guests are #1 which is why we personally host
Good to know
Did you know, we have 2 units close to one another? If you're traveling with another couple/family both may be available for your dates. Mt.Baldy is right out your door & Oval beach in just down the road. Our condo was recently updated with high end finishes. Solid cherry floors, fireplace, granite countertops, walk in shower, beautiful appliances and window treatments. You'll have your own private patio furniture on the common deck. The bedroom has a slider, ceiling fan and comfortable king bed with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Our air conditioner/heat is a wall unit kind of like a hotel. We also have room darkening shades. We've partnered with the Beachway resort across the street, you get access to all of their amenities. Heated outdoor pool, games, books, continental breakfast and more! May thru mid October. Pool closes in September The Star of Saugatuck and countless boats cruise RIGHT by your deck. They're so close, you almost feel like you are on a ship yourself. Other Details to Note
Our walls are thin. Please be conscious of your noise level. We have installed noise machines in the bedroom and the fan option on the wall air unit. Guests are not allowed on the lower dock/level. The pool & Beachway are seasonal...they close the pool in September and the hotel closes in October. Their amenities will not be available at those times but we will still spoil you!

We are offering you free upgrades that you won't get with most other Airbnb's in our area. We have partnered with the Beachway resort across the road. You will have access to all of their amenities, even the outdoor heated pool! (Pool closes early to mid September ) They also provide grills, movie library, board games, local restaurant menus, fax and copier upon request, breakfast snacks/coffee are also available from 8-10:30am in their lobby.
