Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was even better than the photos—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home the moment we walked in.
The bed was amazingly cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The location was ideal—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to explore.
Most importantly, the host was outstanding. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay.
This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful, stress-free getaway!

If you are looking for Havana Nights and Moody Vibes, this is your spot. Our host Kim, was so attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. They had all the amenities we could ask for and it was walking distance to everything, just one street off Butler. We will be back in the summertime for sure. I’d give more stars if I could . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our hosts, Kim and Dave were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we asked. Super clean and just as described in the photos. Their home was in the Perfect location, it had everything we needed! We had 5 adults and a toddler, plenty of space and no worries for the little as the lanai-living area is closed off to the pool. Home is close to grocery stores, town squares, shopping, pickleball, Lake Sumter playground and restaurants. The outdoor grilling area as well as the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Highly recommend staying here, it has all the amenities needed for a great vacation in The Villages!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place! It was well appointed and extremely comfortable. We loved the open floor plan. You could not beat the view from the living room as we were directly on the water. Since we stayed over New Year’s, we were able to enjoy fireworks from the deck. The location was fantastic, with endless shopping and restaurants within a minute. The condo was spotless and freshly painted, with lots of updates. The kitchen was well stocked. Having the duo Keurig/drip coffee option was great. We slept very soundly in a comfortable, cozy and warm king size bed. Added comforts such as a goody basket, games and various toiletries were provided. Kim was an outstanding host with excellent communication, making for an absolutely fantastic stay!

This house was perfect for our out-of-town family. It met all of our needs - and then some. The children loved the game room and spent countless hours playing. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. It was awesome!

Place is amazing - decor is fantastic and the unit is stocked with everything you would need for a weekend or extended stay! A block to the water with a view from the deck. Walking distance to everything Saugatuck has to offer. Plenty of parking and easy in and out access to the unit. Highly recommend! We had a great time - thanks!

Kim and Dave are amazing people . We had an amazing trip . The house was even better than described . They left nothing that you didn’t have fully stocked house . Like it was my house . I will be back many more times . Clean beautiful house . Thanks for helping us make great memories

We had a great stay in Saugatuk. The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the comfortable bed and cozy blankets. There were some fun games available as well. Kim was very responsive and everything about our stay was easy. She even left an extra cute "goody basket." I highly recommend this location as it was on the water and very close to so many things to do in Saugatuk.

Wonderful home for me and my 5 kiddos! The pool was easy to control with the app, and fun for the kids to watch as colors changed. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking quick lunches, breakfast, and a few rounds of cookies. Publix grocery is very close for groceries, too. It really is an ideal location being between Lake Sumpter and Target/Publix/Starbucks. Lovely that the house offers a 4 person golf cart, too! Overall, this had been the best home we (a big family) had found at the villages. Just so thoughtful, peaceful, and fun for the kiddos in between Grandad visits.😊 Will absolutely stay here again!!

I was there with 3 of my friends for a fall getaway. This place was fantastic. The decor was like no other. So much attention to detail. There was a water view from the balcony and it was in a great location. This was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was so nice that you are extra careful about keeping it clean. The towels were beautiful with the best texture. The parking was easy. The lighting and chandeliers were so unique. The wallpaper was sensational. The decor definitely depicts Havana. The beds were super comfortable. Having 2 full baths was a bonus. Also there was an elevator which made it easier bringing everything up to the unit. It was a great find overall. I would definitely return.
