Kim was such an amazing host. She was very responsive with our questions. The house was so warm and inviting. The location was right in the middle between all 3 main squares making everything easily accessible. the beds were super comfortable with each room having it's own themes and recommendations for places to visit and things to try in the area. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area. Would highly recommend for families. Pool table and ping pong were so much fun. The pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. Thanks for everything.

My partner and I wanted a nice getaway trip and this was a perfect choice! Everything was clean, we were able to cook in the kitchen with no problems, and the bed was very very comfortable and big. We are missing that bed this soon!! We did come in March, which is the off season, so several places in Saugatuck were temporarily closed down. There also is no ferry, but I saw other means of transportation if you wanted to get across the river but cannot drive. We were aware that we were not going during the ideal season, so none of this was disappointing to us! Instead, we got a very private beach that was walkable with our coats and still very beautiful. Since many restaurants in Saugatuck were closed, we got to explore Holland which was a lovely experience!! Overall, despite staying in the off season, we still had an amazing time with lovely food and experiences. Definitely recommend if you want to have a more private experience!!

Exactly as pictured, beautiful space. Love the Cuban inspired decor. Host was very responsive and friendly. Instructions were thorough. Video was a plus in the instructions. Space was extremely clean! Highly recommend this space.

The personal touch throughout the home presented warmth and welcoming, providing a pampering get away comparable to 5-star resorts. The attention to detail by property owners is most evident! Beauty + Charm❤️ No comment!!

We loved our overnight here! The vibe is top notch and our only regret is that we didn’t get to enjoy the space and unique decor more than once night! We loved that we could walk to supper… I hope we can be back in the summer when more local businesses are open. We would def stay here again! Super clean, perfect for two couples… thank you!!

Very nice location, right on the water. The place was incredibly clean, with lots of useful amenities like TV, full kitchen, nice bathroom. Host is very responsive. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was even better than the photos—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home the moment we walked in.
The bed was amazingly cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The location was ideal—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to explore.
Most importantly, the host was outstanding. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay.
This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful, stress-free getaway!

If you are looking for Havana Nights and Moody Vibes, this is your spot. Our host Kim, was so attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. They had all the amenities we could ask for and it was walking distance to everything, just one street off Butler. We will be back in the summertime for sure. I’d give more stars if I could . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our hosts, Kim and Dave were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we asked. Super clean and just as described in the photos. Their home was in the Perfect location, it had everything we needed! We had 5 adults and a toddler, plenty of space and no worries for the little as the lanai-living area is closed off to the pool. Home is close to grocery stores, town squares, shopping, pickleball, Lake Sumter playground and restaurants. The outdoor grilling area as well as the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Highly recommend staying here, it has all the amenities needed for a great vacation in The Villages!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place! It was well appointed and extremely comfortable. We loved the open floor plan. You could not beat the view from the living room as we were directly on the water. Since we stayed over New Year’s, we were able to enjoy fireworks from the deck. The location was fantastic, with endless shopping and restaurants within a minute. The condo was spotless and freshly painted, with lots of updates. The kitchen was well stocked. Having the duo Keurig/drip coffee option was great. We slept very soundly in a comfortable, cozy and warm king size bed. Added comforts such as a goody basket, games and various toiletries were provided. Kim was an outstanding host with excellent communication, making for an absolutely fantastic stay!
