Open concept, tons of seating in and out, fully loaded kitchen, we're 5 minutes to Lake Sumter and you can walk to golf. Heated pool, hot tub, game room and all the comforts you didn't even know you needed. Our guests are treated like family Pool heated Nov through May

Our hosts, Kim and Dave were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we asked. Super clean and just as described in the photos. Their home was in the Perfect location, it had everything we needed! We had 5 adults and a toddler, plenty of space and no worries for the little as the lanai-living area is closed off to the pool. Home is close to grocery stores, town squares, shopping, pickleball, Lake Sumter playground and restaurants. The outdoor grilling area as well as the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Highly recommend staying here, it has all the amenities needed for a great vacation in The Villages!

This house was perfect for our out-of-town family. It met all of our needs - and then some. The children loved the game room and spent countless hours playing. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. It was awesome!

Kim and Dave are amazing people . We had an amazing trip . The house was even better than described . They left nothing that you didn’t have fully stocked house . Like it was my house . I will be back many more times . Clean beautiful house . Thanks for helping us make great memories

Wonderful home for me and my 5 kiddos! The pool was easy to control with the app, and fun for the kids to watch as colors changed. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking quick lunches, breakfast, and a few rounds of cookies. Publix grocery is very close for groceries, too. It really is an ideal location being between Lake Sumpter and Target/Publix/Starbucks. Lovely that the house offers a 4 person golf cart, too! Overall, this had been the best home we (a big family) had found at the villages. Just so thoughtful, peaceful, and fun for the kiddos in between Grandad visits.😊 Will absolutely stay here again!!

The house is absolutely stunning and has so many things for you to do. There were great age ranges on the games available to play. The pool was amazing and being able to control the settings was an absolute plus. Kim was very responsive to any questions and was very gracious when I repeated my questions. This was an amazing opportunity.

We had an absolutely 5-star experience at Kim and Dave’s beautiful home! From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and super responsive to anything we needed. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The game room was a huge hit! The pool table and video games brought us all together for some great family fun. The pool was wonderfully refreshing, and the hot tub was amazing — it gets nice and hot and was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for hosting family dinners — Our only regret? Not making time to grill using the incredible outdoor tiki-themed kitchen! It’s on our list for next time. One of our favorite parts was having access to the golf cart, which made it so easy to explore everything the Villages has to offer. We highly recommend adding it on! We can’t recommend Kim and Dave’s property enough! A++

This Airbnb was absolutely outstanding. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I’ve seen outside of mine, and I love to cook and have a lot of stuff in my kitchen.
The game room was a plus with my brother‘s kids being there, and having a pool in the backyard Was definitely nice. I personally did not feel comfortable getting into the pool nor did my daughters given there was a video camera right there. I guess I can see it needing to be there for liability; however, it made me very uncomfortable.
Communication with Kim was excellent.
The only other small complaint I would have is that the 11 AM checkout was very overdramaticly stated and in multiple communications, but the cleaning crew showed up at 10:40 AM. If you’re going to be that pushy about an 11 AM check out and a potential charge. If I don’t, maybe don’t have your cleaning crew show up early.
That being said, I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again should I need this much space. Overall, our stay was excellent.
