An afternoon shopping & eating at amazing restaurants, play pool at the Sand Bar, or just chill. It’s easy to find live music on the weekends all winter long. Our beautiful, clean, cozy, well appointed condo is on the water & one of the best locations in Saugatuck.

Did you know, we have 2 units close to one another? If you're traveling with another couple/family both may be available for your dates. By booking with us, you get to use all of the amenities at the Beachway resort just steps away. Our condo is on the water and is one of the best locations in our opinion. We are on the same side as Oval Beach & Mt. Baldy. We have a king bed in the bedroom. TV in the living room w/Roku. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker/duo drip and everything you need to cook with if you choose. Your huge shared deck overlooks the water and is a great place to catch sun, enjoy coffee, cocktails, meals or just chill. Your own Cozy fireplace if you stay in the cooler months. The chain ferry operates seasonally and is a fun way to get across the water to town. There are also several free and paid trolleys to town that pick you up right outside the condo. Beachway closes mid October but we are open year round All linens are supplied. Other Details to Note
We have 2 condos close to one another. Traveling with another couple? You may be able to rent them both. Your walls are thin. Please be conscious of your noise level. We have installed noise machines in the bedroom and the fan option on the wall air unit. Guests are not allowed on the lower dock/level. The pool & Beachway are seasonal...they close the pool in September and the hotel closes in October. Their amenities will not be available at those times but we will still spoil you.

We are offering you free upgrades that you won't get with most other Airbnb's. We have partnered with the Beachway resort across the road. You will have access to all of their amenities, even the outdoor heated pool! (Pool closes early to mid September) They also provide grills, movie library, board games, local restaurant menus, fax and copier upon request, breakfast snacks/coffee are also available from 8-10:30am in their lobby.
